Ann W. Templeman Appointed to HRSD Commission

VIRGINIA BEACH – Virginia Governor Ralph Northam has appointed Ann W. Templeman, of Hampton to serve on the HRSD Commission.

Templeman, who previously served on the eight-member HRSD Commission from January 27, 2017 until May 1, 2019, is a Senior Business Support Analyst for Virginia Natural Gas with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of areas critical to effective utility management, including regulatory compliance, rate setting, forecasting, public affairs and human resources. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech.

The HRSD Commission meets monthly and sets policy, provides direction and approves the HRSD budget. Commission members reside in the localities comprising HRSD’s service area and serve four-year terms.
