Temporary Road Closures on Portions of Clifford Street and Elmhurst Lane in Portsmouth for Emergency Utility Repair Work
PORTSMOUTH – Motorists and residents are advised that HRSD is performing emergency sewer line repairs on Clifford Street east of the intersection with Elmhurst Lane. Clifford Street is temporarily closed between Elmhurst Lane and City Park Avenue, and Elmhurst Lane is temporarily closed between Green Meadow Drive north loop and Green Meadow Drive south loop for pump and haul operations in support of the repair. Detours are in place as indicated on the map below.
