Construction Update:

• Beginning as early as May 1, milling and paving will occur in the vicinity of your home/business.
• This work will take place during the daytime and at the Featherstone Apartment Complex entrance and Parking Lot near buildings 704, 708, 747, 751, 753, 757, 759, and 763, along Brick Kiln Boulevard, in the right of way between Bellows Way and Windbrook Circle, and at the intersections along Brick Kiln Boulevard at G Avenue, Providence Boulevard, Space Mart Loop, and the entrance to the Masters Crossing Shopping Center. Impacted Featherstone parking spaces will be marked off. For additional information on the Featherstone parking spaces, please see the map on the back of this notice.
• Be aware, traffic patterns will shift and will include lane closures to traffic and the Featherstone entrance. The lane closures will be marked with lighted signs and cones. Flaggers will direct traffic through the impacted intersections. Access to homes/businesses will be available.
• Nighttime work is not anticipated, but if it needs to occur, the contractor will notify you in advance.
• This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
• This portion of the work is anticipated to be completed in 1-2 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change or be extended.
