Construction Update

• Beginning as early as July 20th, crews will perform daytime work between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the existing Jamestown Crecent Pump Station, just south of the intersection of Jamestown Crescent and Magnolia Avenue, as part of ongoing sewer improvements in your neighborhood. This work will include installing new sewer pipe and connecting it to the existing sewer pipe.
• During construction, you may notice noise from excavators, pumps, backup alarms, motors, and other construction equipment.
• Your water and sewer service will not be interrupted.
• Pump-and-haul trucks may be present at nearby pump station locations to support monitoring and pumping operations during the pipeline connection work. You may hear intermittent motor noise associated with this equipment.
• The road will remain open; there may be times when traffic is paused while work trucks enter the site. Please use caution and follow the direction of onsite personnel when traveling through the area.
• This work is expected to last for approximately 2 weeks. As with all construction activities, this work is weather- and field condition-dependent. The schedule may change if necessary.
