Great Bridge Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Improvements
--Utility Work to Occur--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, needs complete punch list items from within the project area as part of the Great Bridge Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Improvements project. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Construction Update:
- Beginning as early as July 21, 2026, crews will perform work within the project area to complete punch list items identified during the final project walk through.
- These are small touch-ups on various manholes and cleanouts in the project area.
- This work will occur from the HRSD pump station, located just west of the Bainbridge Boulevard intersection, along the Luck Stone access road, through the Great Bridge Boulevard and Bainbridge Boulevard intersection, and down Great Bridge Boulevard to the intersection of Neal Street.
- This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
- This portion of the work is anticipated to be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change or be extended.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
