Kiln Creek/Patrick Henry Mall Area Sewer Pipe Replacement
--Utility Work to Begin--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along Brick Kiln Boulevard near Bellows Way. This work should take place primarily during daytime hours. Due to the nature of this upcoming work, some periods of 24/7 “around the clock” work may be required to install the utility pipeline.
Construction Update:
- Beginning as early as January 29, sewer pipe installation work will begin in the vicinity of your home/business.
- Be aware, traffic patterns will impact Bellows Way (Featherstone Apartments) for approximately one week. Flaggers will direct traffic as required, and access to all residents and businesses will be maintained throughout construction.
- This work should not affect your water or sewer services and is weather and situation dependent.
- If “around the clock” work is expected to occur, the homes/businesses closest to this work will be notified by the contractor.
- This section of work is anticipated to be completed in 6-8 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
