Kiln Creek/Patrick Henry Mall Area Sewer Pipe Replacement
--Utility Work to Continue--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along Brick Kiln Boulevard near Bellows Way. This work should take place primarily during daytime hours.
Construction Update:
- Beginning as early as February 2, sewer pipe installation will begin in the vicinity of your home/business.
- Be aware, this work will temporarily require the use of some parking spaces on the southwest corner of the apartment complex (please refer to the map on the back of this notice). These parking spaces will be marked off, and residents and guests should park in alternate spaces.
- Once the work is complete, the contractors anticipate installing temporary fill so the parking spaces can be reopened; however, repaving will not occur until seasonably appropriate.
- This work should not affect your water or sewer services and is weather and situation dependent.
- If “around the clock” work is expected to occur, the homes/businesses closest to this work will be notified by the contractor.
- This section of work is anticipated to be completed in 2-3 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
