Kiln Creek/Patrick Henry Mall Area Sewer Pipe Replacement
--Utility Work to Continue--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along Brick Kiln Boulevard near Bellows Way. This work should take place primarily during daytime hours.
Construction Update:
- Beginning as early as April 1, sewer pipe installation will continue in the vicinity of your home/business.
- Be aware, this work will temporarily require the use of some parking spaces on the east side of the Featherstone apartment complex, near building 753 and 757 (please refer to the map on the back of this notice). These parking spaces will be marked off, and residents and guests should park in alternate spaces.
- Once the work is complete, the contractors plan to install temporary fill so the parking spaces can be reopened; however, repaving will not occur until seasonably appropriate.
- This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
- This section of work is anticipated to be completed in 1-2 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.

Thank you for your support of this effort to help achieve HRSD's vision:
Our communities will have clean waterways and reliable water resources for generations to come.
