Kiln Creek/Patrick Henry Mall Area Sewer Pipe Replacement
--Utility Work to Begin--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along the Patrick Henry Mall access road loop. This work should take place primarily during daytime hours.
Construction Update:
- Beginning as early as February 20, utility locating, and pipe installation will occur in the Patrick Henry Mall access road loop.
- Be aware, this work will temporarily close the Patrick Henry Mall access road loop at the northeast corner of Macy’s, see the attached map. The work will require round the clock closure until installation is complete. Flaggers and portable message boards will direct vehicles to the detour as required.
- This work should not affect your water or sewer services.
- This section of work is anticipated to require closure in place for approximately 4 days. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.
While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.

Thank you for your support of this effort to help achieve HRSD's vision:
Our communities will have clean waterways and reliable water resources for generations to come.
