--Utility Work to Continue--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along the Yoder Plaza Shopping Center parking lot access road between Hancock Drive and HQ Way (please see the map on the back of this notice). This work should take place primarily between the hours of 9 pm and 6 am.

Construction Update:

  • Beginning as early as February 26, sewer pipe installation work will begin in the vicinity of your home/business.
  • To minimize disruptions, this work will take place during the nighttime. Daytime work is not anticipated, but if it needs to occur, the contractor will notify you in advance.
  • Be aware, traffic patterns will be affected and will include a closure of the south entrance of the Target parking lot, the south exit onto Jefferson Avenue, and a closure of entrance to the Club Pilates and the Original Mattress Factory parking lot. Access to all residents and businesses will be maintained throughout construction.
  • This work should not affect your water or sewer services and is weather and situation dependent.
  • This section of work is anticipated to be completed in 1-2 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent and dates are subject to change.

While our project team works diligently to minimize impacts, you may notice increased noise, traffic, crews, and heavy equipment (with back-up safety alarms) associated with construction. Please take care when traveling around the construction area and for your safety, do not enter the site.
