Construction Update:

• Beginning as early as July 28, sanitary sewer pipeline installation will occur in the vicinity of your home/business on Fontainebleau Crescent between Lafayette Boulevard and Lasalle Avenue.

• Be aware, traffic patterns will shift and will include a road closure of Fontainebleau Crescent with detours to through traffic and lane closures at the Lafayette Boulevard intersection with flagging.

• Access to homes/businesses will be available. Please see the map on the back of this notice for more information.

• This work will temporarily require the use of some parking spaces along Fontainebleau Crescent. These parking spaces will be marked off, and alternate streets or driveways should be used. Failure to move vehicles before the start of work on July 28th will result in towing the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

• This work should not affect your water or sewer services.

• This portion of the work is anticipated to be completed in 3 to 4 weeks. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent, and dates are subject to change or be extended.
