Lane Closures Scheduled for Utility Work on Settlers Landing Road Between William R. Harvey Way and at the I-64 East Off-Ramp

HAMPTON – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be installing sanitary sewer pipeline on Settlers Landing Road between William R. Harvey Way and the I-64 East off-ramp as part of the Phoebus Area Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. This work will require a closure of one inside travel lane (eastbound) and the left turn lane (westbound) on Settlers Landing Road, as well as the left turn lane of the I-64 East off-ramp to Settlers Landing Road as indicated on the map below. This work is scheduled to begin as early as Monday, November 6 and is expected to take place nightly from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. The work is expected to be complete within one week.
