*Though the Exmore collection system is located within the HRSD Small Communities Service Area, it is owned and operated by the Town. Therefore, projects within the town of Exmore and proposing a connection to the collection system must fill out an HRSD Project Information form and an HRSD Sanitary Sewer Flow Calculations Worksheet located here. Please note that HRSD’s requirements must be completed in addition to the Town’s approval process.
