Road Closure, Detour Scheduled for a Portion of Patrick Henry Mall's Access Loop Road Near the Northwest Corner of Macy's for Utility Work
NEWPORT NEWS – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be installing a valve along Patrick Henry Mall’s Access Loop Road near the northwest Macy’s parking lot as part of the Kiln Creek/Patrick Henry Mall Area Sewer Pipe Replacement. During this work, motorists can follow a signed detour around the portion of Access Loop Road as indicated on the map below. The detour is scheduled to begin as early as Monday, August 25, and is expected to remain in place for 3 weeks.
