HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, continues work to replace a sanitary sewer pipeline located along Huxley Place. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday morning to Friday evening.

Project Overview
VIRGINIA BEACH – The HRSD Commission has approved the Fiscal Year 2021 budget, holding wastewater rates at current levels through June 30, 2021. A planned nine percent regional wastewater rate increase that would have taken effect on July 1, 2020 was eliminated in consideration of the economic stresses created by the COVID-19 pandemic on ratepayers.
