--Riverview Farm Park Trails Construction Update--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking improvements for the James River Treatment Plant SWIFT project. The installation of over 1 mile of new asphalt and boardwalk trails adjacent to Riverview Farm Park and Menchville Marina and on HRSD’s property is underway (refer to the map on the back for more information). This work will typically only take place during the hours of 7 am to 5 pm (Monday-Friday) in compliance with the project’s weekday work hours.

--Utility Work to Begin--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline between Stoney Run Elementary and Denbigh High School. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday – Saturday.

--Sheet Pile Installation--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue driving sheet piles to hold the earth in place in the middle of the construction site that could cause vibrations in your household. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Saturday.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is planning to replace a portion of sanitary sewer pipeline, located near your neighborhood or business, as part of a larger program to reduce the sewage overflows during rainstorms. The project will also improve the system’s performance and allow for continued, reliable sewer service in the future.
