NEWPORT NEWS – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be testing and installing sewer pipe for the new Lucas Creek Pump Station. This work will require the closure of Old Lucas Creek Road between Debbie Lane and Lucas Creek Road and a closure of the right northbound lane of Lucas Creek Road. All closures will occur on weekdays only from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and will begin as early as Monday, July 7, and last through the end of July. For the detour route, refer to the map below.
