SUFFOLK – HRSD's Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow (SWIFT©) program has successfully replenished the Potomac Aquifer with 100 million gallons of drinking-water quality SWIFT Water from its Research Center located on the grounds of HRSD's Nansemond Treatment Plant in Suffolk, VA.
