VIRGINIA BEACH – Virginia Governor Ralph Northam has appointed Ann W. Templeman, of Hampton to serve on the HRSD Commission.
VIRGINIA BEACH – Virginia Governor Ralph Northam has appointed Ann W. Templeman, of Hampton to serve on the HRSD Commission.
Ms. Templeman, a member of the Commission since December 3, 2021, is a Senior Business Support Analyst for Virginia Natural Gas with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of areas critical to effective utility management. She earned a Masters of Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech. Ms. Templeman previously served on the HRSD Commission from January 27, 2017 until May 1, 2019. Ms. Templeman resides in the City of Hampton.

A Message To Our Neighbors
Over the next few weeks through the end of December, Precision Measurements, Inc., has been authorized to perform work on behalf of HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, and the City of Norfolk as part of the Larchmont Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements project, a strategic program to replace, upgrade and relocate sanitary sewer pump stations and their connecting pipelines in the Larchmont-Edgewater community.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project to inspect and perform maintenance of the internal sanitary sewer piping and valves along George Washington Highway North. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This work can be weather and situation dependent and should not affect your water or sewer services.

Over the next several weeks, GET Solutions, A Terracon Company, is authorized to perform work in your area on behalf of HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, and the City of Norfolk. This work is expected to continue through late December and is part of the Larchmont Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements Program, a strategic program to replace, upgrade and relocate sanitary sewer pump stations and their connecting pipelines in the Larchmont-Edgewater community.
The City of Norfolk’s Department of Utilities, in partnership with HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, wanted you to know about scheduled site work and clearing at 1202 Rockbridge Avenue. This is part of the Larchmont Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements project, a strategic program to improve the sanitary sewer in the Larchmont-Edgewater community. The site work and clearing will make way for a new pump station at 1202 Rockbridge Avenue – one of five new pump stations that will be built as part of this project.
