--Utility Work to Continue--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, has begun work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline along Wythe Creek Road. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
NEWPORT NEWS –Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will be installing sanitary sewer pipelines on northbound West Avenue between 26th and 28th Streets and between 31st and 33rd Streets as part of the West Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement project. During this work, motorists can follow a signed detour using Washington Avenue as well as 25th, 28th, 29th, and 35th Streets as indicated on the map below.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary force main pipeline on West Avenue between 26th Street and 33rd Street. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work as required.
--Utility Work to Occur--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline within Cameron Street between Libby Street and Bainbridge Avenue. The work within Cameron Street should take place between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday.
-- Temporary Dog Park Closure --
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking improvements at the City’s Gymnastic Center as part of the James River Treatment Plant SWIFT Improvements. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday.

(Construction Notice #9), we informed you that a planned period of 24-hour work was expected to occur between September 14th and September 17th.
