HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin utility location prior to installing a sanitary sewer pipeline along Cedar Lane. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is planning a project in your neighborhood to replace the existing HRSD sanitary sewer pipelines that are nearing the end of their useful life. Project Overview

--Utility Work to Occur--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to rehabilitate a sanitary sewer pipeline along Atlantic Avenue. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

NORFOLK – HRSD recently received a P-1 rating by Moody’s Ratings (Moody’s) for its $350 million Extendable Commercial Paper (ECP) program. A P-1 rating is Moody’s highest short-term credit rating indicating HRSD’s superior ability to repay short-term obligations. Moody’s also reaffirmed their Aa1 rating on HRSD’S approximately $1.9 billion in debt outstanding.

S & P Global Ratings also assigned its highest short-term rating of A-1+ to HRSD’s ECP program and reaffirmed their existing AA+ rating.

--Virginia Ham Drive: Sewer Pipe Installation to Continue--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue installation of sewer piping within the previously installed casing pipes in the Virginia Ham Drive/Portsmouth Boulevard area. This work should take place primarily between the hours o 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

--Portsmouth Boulevard: Sewer Pipe Installation to Continue--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue to install a sanitary sewer pipeline on Portsmouth Boulevard between Proctor Street and Virginia Ham Drive. This work should take place primarily between the hours o 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

--E. Washington Street Pump Station Site Work to Continue--

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue work to install a sanitary sewer pipeline and pump station on E. Washington Street. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, in coordination with the City of Norfolk, will continue installation of a new sanitary sewer pipeline along Huntington Crescent as part of the ongoing Luxembourg and Ashland Circle Pump Station Replacement Project. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
