HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will continue sanitary sewer point repair work throughout West Point, Virginia by performing asphalt restoration. --Project Update--
SUFFOLK – Motorists are advised that HRSD is continuing work to test the newly installed sanitary sewer pipe and rehabilitate the area along College Drive. This work will require a lane shift along College Drive between the southbound exit 8 ramp off I-664 and the traffic circle to remain in place until August 2026. Motorists will need to follow the marked traffic pattern as indicated on the map below.

This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
