HRSD, your regional wastewater utility, is undertaking a project to improve the sanitary sewer system in West Point, Virginia. The project includes repairs, rehabilitation, and potential replacement of selected sewer pipes and manholes. New property line cleanouts and manholes will also be installed along the right-of-way, and one new manhole structure will be constructed. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, and all affected areas will be restored upon completion.

These improvements will enhance system reliability, improve public safety, and reduce the potential for stormwater infiltration into the sanitary sewer system.

Project Cost: $5,020,040
