Sewer pipe installation is moving southward on Bainbridge Boulevard to its intersection with Chesapeake Drive, then moving south toward Swain Avenue.

Project Overview
--Construction Work to Resume--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will resume work at the Land Motion Observatory at the James River Treatment Plant. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
--Utility Work to Begin--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking the construction of the Wilroy Pressure Reducing Station & Offline Storage Facility. The installation of sheet piles will be ongoing intermittently during the project. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Sewer pipe installation is underway on Bainbridge Boulevard between Wright Avenue and Chesapeake Drive, moving south toward Swain Avenue.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to replace and/or raise the frames and covers of sewer manholes in the area. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
