--Sewer Pipe Installation to Occur: Huntington Crescent--
HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, in coordination with the City of Norfolk, will continue installation of a new sanitary sewer pipeline along Huntington Crescent as part of the ongoing Luxembourg and Ashland Circle Pump Station Replacement Project. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday–Friday.

HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, in coordination with the City of Norfolk, will continue installation of a new sanitary sewer pipeline along Holland Avenue as part of the ongoing Luxembourg and Ashland Circle Pump Station Replacement Project. HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, will begin work to install sanitary sewer manholes in West Point, Virginia. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
NEWPORT NEWS – Motorists are advised that HRSD crews will continue to install and test sewer pipe for the new Lucas Creek Pump Station which will be followed by roadway restoration work. This work will require weekday closures of Old Lucas Creek Road between Debbie Lane and Lucas Creek Road and a closure of the right northbound lane of Lucas Creek Road, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., through mid-July.
NEWPORT NEWS – Motorists are advised that HRSD continues its utility work along Terminal Avenue requiring alternate single lane closures of Terminal Avenue between 14th Street and the I-664 South on ramp. The lane closures are scheduled to remain in place until early Fall 2026. Traffic lights are in place to direct traffic. For more information, please refer to the map below.

Sewer pipe installation is moving southward on Bainbridge Boulevard to its intersection with Chesapeake Drive, then moving south toward Swain Avenue.
