HRSD, your regional wastewater treatment utility, is undertaking a project to repair an underground sanitary sewer pipe along Dovercourt Road between Chesapeake Boulevard and Ardmore Road. This work should take place primarily between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Due to the nature of construction, work is weather and situation dependent, and dates are subject to change.

NORFOLK – HRSD crews will be working within the right and center lanes of westbound East Little Creek Road at the I-64 overpass beginning at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 8 and continuing through 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9. Crews will be completing final restoration of the road surface which was previously removed during emergency sanitary sewer repairs in the area.
